Queue Depth Saturation: Each SSD exposes 64K queues; ROC aggregates to 1024 outstanding commands per virtual drive. Beyond QD=256, controller firmware becomes bottleneck.
Write Hole Exposure: RAID-10 lacks parity; power loss during stripe update corrupts both mirrors. 8620’s 4 GB supercap-backed cache + PLP (Power Loss Protection) on SSDs required.
